BrokenBooks is prelaunch, in use at For The Love of Bookkeepers with client-portal testing underway, and not yet available to other firms. Commercial SaaS subscriptions are not currently available through this marketing website. Described capabilities, demonstrations, availability, and proposed prices may change as testing continues.

BrokenBooks is QuickBooks Online diagnostic and cleanup workflow software for bookkeeping and accounting firms. Its built-in diagnostic uses the practitioner’s review to generate a diagnostic report and cleanup plan, with the resulting work and client engagement managed alongside it. It does not replace QuickBooks Online or the professional’s accounting judgment. AI-assisted features, where available for testing, can produce incomplete or incorrect results and require professional review. The system provides the structure. The professional provides the judgment.
